Promotion Overview
Customers who accumulate $20,000 USD in qualifying purchases between December 1st and December 19th, 2025, will receive two (2) promotional credits of $100 USD each. These credits can be applied toward future orders and are subject to the terms detailed below.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility Period: Only purchases invoiced and paid between December 1st, 2025 at 00:00 EST and December 19th, 2025 at 23:59 EST qualify.
2. Spend Requirement:
- The customer must reach a cumulative total of $20,000 USD in qualifying orders within the eligibility period.
- Multiple orders are allowed and can be added together.
- The $20,000 threshold must be met before taxes, fees, and shipping.
3. Credits Awarded:
- Upon reaching the $20,000 threshold, the customer will receive two (2) promotional credits of $100 USD each.
- Each $100 credit can be applied only to an order with a subtotal greater than $5,000 USD (before taxes, fees, and shipping).
- Only one $100 credit can be used per order.
4. Enrollment Requirement:
- To participate, the customer must explicitly mention this promotion to their assigned Account Executive before or at the time of placing qualifying orders.
- Orders placed without enrolling do not count toward the $20,000 threshold.
5. Expiration:
- Both credits expire on February 20th, 2026 at 23:59 EST.
- Unused credits hold no cash value and cannot be extended.
6. Limitations:
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.
